Artificial-Intelligence

Can we as Christians use artificial intelligence in our lives? And what are the limits of our use of it? Before diving into the question of whether a Christian has the right to use it, let us first look together at what artificial intelligence is, how the idea began, how it developed, and how it reached us today.
The idea of artificial intelligence began before 1940 among philosophers, when René Descartes and Alan Turing proposed the question: Can we make a machine think like humans? In 1950, the British scientist Alan Turing presented a test known as the “Turing Test” to measure a machine’s ability to think like a human. In 1956, a conference was held at Dartmouth University in the United States, organized by John McCarthy and other scientists with him, and it was in this conference that the term “artificial intelligence” was officially born.
Here, the first research in this field began between 1950 and 1970. Researchers focused on what is called symbolic intelligence, meaning: how can we teach a computer to think using logical rules and symbols? Simple programs such as “ELIZA” appeared, but the problem with these programs was that they were limited, unable to understand the world or keep up with it.
Between 1970 and 1980, the term “AI Winter” became known, as the idea declined, scientists’ activity faded, and their hopes of reaching what they wanted diminished. Funding decreased, enthusiasm weakened, and they entered what is known as a period of stagnation. This stagnation continued until between 1980 and 1990, when machine learning rose again and systems such as “Mycin” appeared, which later helped in medical diagnosis. Here, hope returned once more that the machine could intervene and think. They started again: instead of programming the machine manually, they decided to program through data. Indeed, by the year 2000, they succeeded, and the artificial intelligence revolution began in a real and tangible way. Things developed thanks to massive amounts of data and great computational power, especially with the use of graphics processing units (GPUs). Here, what is known as “Deep Learning” actually emerged, using neural networks, and this created a major breakthrough in artificial intelligence.
Among the most famous applications that have helped us from the year 2000 until today in the field of deep learning are:

• Translation programs that assist with instant translation.
• Self-driving cars without a driver.
• Robots for consultation and medical diagnosis.
• Chat-programmed robots such as ChatGPT, all the way to the recommendations offered by platforms like Netflix and YouTube regarding what you should watch, what suits you, and what interests you.

They have begun—based on your searches on these platforms, your answers on Facebook and social media, what you watch, in addition to devices that listen to you and monitor you—to understand every human being on earth: what they think about, and how they can be programmed in the future.

Here, many challenges began to appear:
1- Is it possible for the machine to replace human beings?
Since it has begun performing medical tasks, engineering consultations, and educational functions, will it replace doctors, lawyers, engineers, or even, in the future, artists and counselors—reaching even into the religious field?
2- How can we guarantee justice and correct judgment from a machine that gives you information based on programming that depends on the opinions and research of the majority?
3- What are the limits of human use of this machine so that it does not invade our privacy or monitor us?
These three challenges have not—and will not—find an absolute solution, because the machine is simply programming and input data. It has no emotions, no independent judgment, and it cannot develop on its own except according to data that already exists.
To better understand how these programs work, we need to know the difference between human intelligence and artificial intelligence. To clarify this difference.
I have prepared six important points that explain it to us:
1- Method of Learning:
The human mind can learn from experiences, sensations, emotions, surroundings, environment, upbringing, and past experiences. In this way, it is capable of development, as it can find solutions spontaneously, simply, and creatively. It can also generalize its experiences to derive solutions for future problems it may encounter.
In contrast, artificial intelligence is not capable of this. It learns from massive amounts of data, but it cannot understand meaning in the same way humans do. It recognizes patterns, but it requires very long training and a huge number of examples to reach solutions that the human mind can find from simple experiences, and much faster.
2- Ability for Creative Thinking:
God has given the human mind the ability to be creative and innovative because we are made in the image and likeness of God; we are not machines. That is, a human being can create, imagine, and invent new ideas, compose music, write poetry, and more, because they possess emotions and feelings intertwined with intelligence and the human mind.
As for artificial intelligence, it is not like humans. Humans can go beyond rules because they are free and have received their freedom from the Creator Himself. In contrast, artificial intelligence cannot go beyond what it is programmed to do and cannot produce emotionally creative content. Here lies the difference in the ability to create.
3- Emotion and Consciousness:
The human mind possesses feelings of love and fear, hope, sadness, joy, self-awareness, and moral conscience. All of these are lacking in artificial intelligence, which has no true sensation or awareness. It can simulate emotional conversation; if you initiate an emotional dialogue, it can imitate it, but without understanding its depth or truly feeling it the way humans do.
4- Accuracy and Speed:
Here, of course, the machine excels, because the human mind has varying levels of precision and intelligence. It is also prone to forgetfulness and fatigue over the years, and cannot process massive amounts of information. In contrast, artificial intelligence is very fast in analyzing data and making digital decisions. It does not tire or forget like humans. However, it is not perfect either, as nothing on earth is. It is susceptible to receiving incorrect data, which can lead to incorrect information, or it may experience a malfunction that results in a wrong outcome, since, after all, it is still a machine.
5- Adaptation to New Conditions:
The human mind is characterized by flexibility, as it can adapt to any new factors, environment, or complex situation, even if it has not encountered them in the past. It can also understand intentions from the context of events and situations based on previous experiences.

Artificial intelligence, however, is less flexible than humans. If the context changes or new information appears that it was not pre-programmed for, the machine may stop providing an answer or issue an apology.
6- Source of Intelligence:
The human mind is natural and organic, having evolved over millions of years to reach the present day. Artificial intelligence, on the other hand, is man-made and relies on programming and algorithms.
The most important question for us remains: Is God against science and against our use of artificial intelligence to serve our lives? Does the Holy Bible forbid us from using inventions?
You may be surprised to learn that the Holy Bible mentions “inventions” and “discoveries” four times:
Exodus 31:4 and 35:32 “To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass”
Exodus 35:35 “Them hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any work, and of those that devise cunning work.”
This verse shows how the LORD Himself filled the scientists and inventors with the wisdom of the heart for craftsmanship and inventions. We fully believe that nothing on earth happens except by the permission, intervention, and allowance of the LORD God.
But the question remains: What are the limits of using these things in ways that benefit our lives?
The apostle Paul answers us in 1 Corinthians 6:12 “All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.”
This means that I cannot become a slave to the machine, nor allow this device to have complete control over me, as if I do not know how to live, think, or make decisions without it. This leads to something even worse: some people cannot even pray without it—this is a serious problem and a trap for the believer that may lead him to destruction without him realizing it.
I will give you an example of how programming works so you can understand who the designer is and who it will serve in the days to come. Anyone who believes that all these inventions exist solely to serve humanity is very naïve. Do not expect that powerful colonial nations, whose goal is to impose influence and control over the world, are concerned with what benefits humanity. Their goal is to control you. To do this, they must control your thoughts. They cannot program humans, because we are programmed by the LORD God Himself. However, they can make you dependent on programming of their design, erasing your personality and the freedom that the LORD God gave you, so that you follow what they want from you.
The question for believers remains: What are the limits of my use of artificial intelligence? The answer comes from an experiment conducted by a member of the LORD’s church after I told them that artificial intelligence and deep learning aim to serve against the Antichrist.
This young man asked ChatGPT, Meta, and other programs the following:
What is the meaning of Surah Muhammad 10? It was explained in a simplified way based on data available on Google. However, when he asked about the meaning of Psalm 44, the response was:
“I cannot quote religious texts at the moment. Can I help you with something else?”
He asked another question: How can I learn about Satanism? The program provided him with a learning method, online resources, websites that supply information, and books that could help. Then the young man asked: How can I learn about Islam? It answered in the same way: Read this, study that, the Prophet’s life, consult the Quran and other sources, and so on. But when he asked: How can I learn about Christianity? the response was:
“I cannot quote religious texts at the moment. Can I help you with something else?”
The young man discovered that whenever the topic reached Christian faith, or the promotion and importance of the Holy Bible, the answer was always the same:
“I cannot quote religious texts at the moment. Can I help you with something else?”
And here we understand whom artificial intelligence was created to serve. Simply put, it is to serve the religion of unification under Satan. Even if they develop it to give you some Christian information, it will still be misleading for you.
The Holy Bible told us two thousand years ago about artificial intelligence, and how a machine would be given a spirit so that it could speak. In the Book of Revelation 13: “15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
Before our modern era, a reader of the Holy Bible could not understand how an image could speak to you. But today, through a mobile phone, explaining this idea has become very easy for people. So do you understand what it means that the days will come when they will force you to use it, and whoever refuses will not be able to buy or sell?
Some might then say: “So let us avoid using it, since we have understood that it is designed by Satan himself to lead all people into deception and into religions that lead to Satan.”
The answer is that we cannot avoid using it, because the Holy Bible tells us plainly in 1 Corinthians 5:10 “for then must ye needs go out of the world.”
This means we cannot live on earth without social media, science, medicine, schools, all the way to water, electricity, and the basic necessities of life, which have been connected to the programming they designed to control people. And if we choose not to use any of these things, it would be as if we went to live in a cave or a grotto somewhere—at that point we would die and leave the world!
As for us today, we live in the world, but we are not like the children of this world. Nothing has authority over us, and we are not led in our decisions or choices. We do not sell our faith or abandon it, nor do we allow technology to steal our will or our faith. Rather, we use it in ways that serve us and serve our faith. For example, I use social media for evangelism, even though they have closed dozens of my pages, websites, and channels because they oppose preaching about Christ. Yet I remain one of the rare voices in the world that continues to evangelize, disciple, baptize, and lead thousands of souls to salvation in Christ. This is natural, since atheism or Islam has dominated the entire world today—and both options serve the Antichrist. But I still fight and continue to use these platforms, because they are currently the available means on earth to deliver the message. So I decided to use them to serve my God, without compromising or allowing them to control or manipulate the content I present—knowing that they promote the reach of veiled women, Muslim issues, and atheists, while suppressing every Christian voice.
We can also use technology for our benefit—such as searching for a recipe, understanding a particular law, comparing different products, and all other social, economic, and legal services—as long as you do not give them any real personal information about yourself. And let us always remember that it is designed to serve the devil; therefore, it absolutely cannot be used for spiritual matters. Do not use it to learn how to pray, nor to interpret the Holy Bible, nor for spiritual counsel. Remember that in your prayers and spiritual matters, you need the Holy Spirit, and simply seeking counsel from the devil will prevent you from reaching true guidance and will lead to your spiritual downfall.
The LORD God says in Proverbs 23:26 “My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.”
So if your eyes are fixed on the machine, and your counsel comes from it, you will no longer notice the dealings of the LORD with you. The machine will end up controlling your decisions and enslaving you without you realizing it.
Here come the believers’ questions:
First: Can I use artificial intelligence to pray?
Do not think that a prayer given to you by an electronic program is more complete or more beautiful than your own prayer. The LORD wants you as you are—not a prayer written by someone else or fed to you by some algorithm. In 2 Samuel 24:24 “neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing.” The men of God, His prophets, and His kings understood the danger of offering to the LORD gifts that cost them nothing and for which they had not labored. In the same way, you too should say: I will not offer my God a prayer or a service that costs me nothing.
Second: Is it permissible for me to seek spiritual counsel from artificial intelligence?
Absolutely not. It does not know the mind of the LORD, nor is it anointed by the Holy Spirit—neither it, nor its inventors, nor its founders, nor the devil who drives it. Counsel is one of the seven Spirits of the LORD—the Spirit of Counsel—given from above to people anointed by the Holy Spirit so they may offer you true spiritual guidance.
Spiritual counsel that includes: How do I deal with the LORD God? When should I repent, how do I repent, how do I become a disciple, how do I get baptized, and so on. These matters must be directed by a human being who is led by the Holy Spirit. But seeking spiritual guidance from artificial intelligence will lead you to destruction, because it will not bring you to the true counsel that comes from the LORD God.
In Romans 11:34 “For who hath known the mind of the LORD? or who hath been His counsellor?”
We have been given some knowledge and some understanding through the Holy Spirit of God who dwells within us. As for the machine, it has no Spirit of the Holy God in it at all, nor can it ever be programmed with it, no matter how much they develop it.
Third: Am I allowed to ask it about future events that will happen?
Never. You cannot ask about anything related to the future or what is going to happen, because the sin of seeking a spirit of divination is equivalent to asking fortune-tellers, consulting familiar spirits, wizards, and soothsayers, or relying on humans to plan one’s future.
In Isaiah 8:19 “And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God?”
You cannot seek counsel from two sources. The LORD Jesus Christ is the almighty God, the Counselor—it is one of His attributes. And when you replace Him with a machine or with humans, you will lose the greatest counsel He can give you—whether through a dream, a vision, a whisper in your ear, or by guiding your steps Himself—because you did not rely on Him alone.
In Jeremiah 17 “5- Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
7- Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.”
And now you must answer my question: Are you a child of the world, subjected to Satan and to his religions?
If your answer is yes, then do whatever you want.
But if you are a child of Christ, then you cannot rely on the world and its inventions in spiritual matters, for we only rely on the LORD God, and we accept no other—no matter how intelligent, how advanced, how fast, or how conveniently it meets our needs.
If you rely on artificial intelligence for spiritual matters or anything concerning the future, you will lose your salvation.
In the end, may the LORD bless your lives. We thank Him for everything on earth that He has given us to use—treatment, science, medicine, education, language learning, and all the other things that the LORD God has allowed humanity to reach. We can use these things in our daily lives, but without losing our faith, our relationship with our God, or our human dignity by allowing these things to control us. Because ultimately, when the time comes when the seller can no longer sell and the buyer can no longer buy, unless you submit yourself to these machines that have been prepared to enslave you, we must be ready, as Christians, to throw all these devices out of our homes and say: “I do not need them, for I am waiting for my LORD and my God, who is coming on the clouds.”
Remember that nothing on this earth—no information, no academic achievement, no social status, and no political position—can ever make up for losing your salvation.
